Hi there! I wanted to say thanks to all the people who have read my blogs about my journey to freedom and how i processed leaving a religion i've known my whole life. At first, I was very angry at a lot of people including my mum for lying to me for so many years as well as my family and my Muslim friends. Understandably it's been a bit rough for me considering where i'm at so I decided to step back from writing any more blogs because it accorded to me that the people around me only wanted the best for me in ensuring that my soul will be safe from hellfire but, they can't see how Islam has blinded them. They only believe that they're way is the only way and I don't know how that could be changed or challenged. I don't want certain people to take the words I say and twist it to become something of hate speech but rather a criticism and honesty viewpoint- after all, I was in the faith for 22 years.
